• Client information. During an engagement we handle business contact details and access to advertising and analytics accounts belonging to the client.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and discuss a possible engagement.
• To provide, invoice for and support our services.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep the website secure and working correctly.

We rely on your consent for enquiry correspondence, on the performance of a contract for client work, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the business for the remainder.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects.

4. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and request consent where required.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the business — website hosting, email, and accounting software. They process personal information only on our instructions and under written terms. Where an engagement requires it, we also access advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok using credentials the client provides.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@catalystventurecommerce.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

We are based in Wyoming, United States and our providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the region it was collected in, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
